  5.  3 tablespoons soy sauce
  6.  3 tablespoons brown sugar
  7.  2 tablespoons fresh ginger root, peeled and minced
  8.  3-4 garlic cloves, minced
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the rice vinegar, oils, peanut butter, soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, and garlic.  
  2. In a large bowl, combine the coleslaw mix, red cabbage, red bell pepper, carrots, green onions, and cilantro.  Toss with the dressing just before serving.
Easy isn't it? In making it you only need about 10 minutes and you can immediately eat it.
Besides being healthy and not making a fat body, this salad is also very good to be enjoyed with family at home.
