  1. Prepare 1 Bowl of Dates.
  2. It's 4-5 of Figs.
  3. It's 2 tbsp of Nuts mixed and chopped.
  4. Prepare as needed of Ghee.
  5. You need 2 tbsp of Decicated coconut.

The recipe is inspired from my own Dates and Nuts Ladoo. The nutritious dried figs are an extra addition in this rolls. Dates and figs rolls step by step

  1. First of all deseeded and chop all dates..
  2. Figs should be chopped also in small pieces.(U can dissolve figs in milk for 4-5hrs to soften before chopping them).
  3. Heat ghee in a pan. Add dates and figs together. Saute for 5min till they soften..
  4. Add mixed nuts.
  5. Allow to cool slightly the mixture.
  6. Make rolls out of it.
  7. Roll in decicated coconut.
