  11. Mango layer start take a water bowl and add agraagar soaked and aside for 5 min..
  12. And after 5 min agar agar boiled until dissolved. And make mango puree and add agar agar mix it well and add cheesecake top layer and 8 hours for set in fridge..

I made a few changes: used ginger snaps for the crust, added a bit of cardamom spice, lime zest and small pieces of fresh mango to the filling, made Whipped cream thick to fold it in the filling, had to add a bit more powdered sugar since mango pulp was a bit tart (used organic canned Indian mango pulp) and sliced thin. Mango Cheesecake is also healthy and unhealthy. If you want then you can make mango cheesecake recipe in a healthy way because there are lots of ways to do it. Mango Cheesecake is a beautiful, delicate dish that is perfect for parties and special occasions.
