Energy Bar instructions

  1. Roast the all dry fruits only for 2 minute after cool grind it thick.
  2. Roast the sesame seeds and khaskhas too.
  3. Chop the anjeer and dates soak it in milk for some time and micrwave it for 2 minutes.
  4. Now take a nonstick pan... Take ghee add anjeer and dates... Saute it for 5 minutes.
  5. Now add dry fruits, gond, sesame seeds and khaskhas.
  6. Mix it properly... Now set it in container for half an hour.
  7. Now cut it into bar shape.
  8. Healthy and tasty Energy Bar is ready.
