Ingredients of Energy Bar

  3. You need 1/4 cup of peanuts.
  4. It's 1 cup of dates seedless.
  5. Prepare 1 spoon of pista flakes.
  6. Prepare 1 spoon of poppy seeds.

Energy Bar instructions

  1. First in a pan heat teaspoon of ghee, add almonds and cashews and roast for a min or two on low to medium heat.take them off in a plate..
  2. Now in a same pan add peanuts and roast them too for few mins.take them out in a plate and allow to cool..
  3. Now in a grinder jar add almonds, cashews, peanuts and grind coarsely..
  4. Now add seedless dates and grind again until well combined.(grind in two batches).
  5. Spread this mixture into greased or lined pan and press nicely.sprinkle some pista flakes and poppy seeds and press well..
  6. Keep aside to set completely and cut it into desired pieces..
